 topped with Cheese and Gratinated]

[Vegetarian option; Twice Baked Cave Aged Cheddar Soufflé, Beetroot and Shallot Salad]

 

2nd Course

Champagne Sorbet with a Twist of Lemon

 

3rd Course

Rump of English Lamb, Dauphinoise Potatoes,

Sauté Spinach, Rosemary Jus

 [Vegetarian option; Caramelised Shallot, Leek and Tomato Tart Tatin, topped with

 Goats Cheese, Watercress Salad, Truffle Oil]

 

4th Course

Trio of Desserts

Vanilla Crème Brulèe, Chocolate and Raspberry Mousse,

 Lemon and Limón cello Posset 


5th Course

Selection of Coffee or Tea with Homemade Chocolates

Plus a Suggested 10% Gratuity on the final bill
